Team Leader Logistics (m/f/d)

SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG is looking for an experienced team leader logistics for our location in Kahl am Main. In this role you take responsibility for the efficient management and organisation of our warehouse and logistics processes. You become part of a dynamic team in machine and plant engineering and contribute significantly to the optimization of our processes. Management and coordination of the logistics team, promotion of individual talents and team development, efficient coordination of staff resources Operational support of the team in daily operation Monitoring and improving storage processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, in particular with regard to safety and storage, as well as safety and quality standards in the storage and logistics sector Planning and implementation of inventory and analysis of the results for inventory optimization Close cooperation with other departments to optimize the supply chain and ensure timely delivery Reporting to management on performance indicators and the development of improvement measures Participation in overarching projects in intralogistics and cooperation with other departments to further develop logistics processes

For this demanding position we are looking for a candidate with a well-founded experience in the team management logistics. You should provide the following qualifications: Completed training with additional qualification (specialist, master, IHK) or studies in logistics or related fields Multiannual professional experience in team management Experience in handling warehouse management systems and logistics software, good SAP knowledge (Module WM) High level of organisational skills and problem solving capability Knowledge in the optimization of logistics processes and inventory management Land transport certificate (Gabelstaplerschein) Experience in handling hazardous materials and hazardous materials, in particular knowledge of legal regulations and professional storage
