Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your task area

• Implementation of business process analysis and consulting at system level for optimal implementation of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Customizing software adaptation in cooperation with external ERP services
• Conducting tests and quality control, even in version updates
• Creation of documentation and training
• Close cooperation with the IT team, development team and internal departments
• Second level support (2nd level support)

Your qualifications:

Our expectations for you

• Complete study of business informatics or completed training in technical informatics or comparable IT training
• Experience in introducing Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or Dynamics Navision
• Own initiative and a practical approach to implement themes electrified and applied
• Excellent communication skills and excellent knowledge of German in word and writing
