Consultant M&A Transaction Services / Valuation FSI (m/f/d)

As Consultant M&A Transaction Services / Valuation FSI (m/w/d), you advise clients from the financial sector along the entire transaction cycle with your team – thereby maximising value added for our financial customers and minimising risks. Hands-on entry: As part of the acquisition and sale, you support data storage and support as well as the Q&A support of Financial Due Diligences. Analysis: In addition, you take care of the creation of financial and business analyses and prepare corporate presentations. Opinions: You will be involved in the assessment of companies as well as in the preparation of evaluation reports. Know-how: Transaction and restructuring-related issues of our clients, such as accounting, supervisory and risk management, will be answered. Documentation: Your assessment is summarized in due diligence reports, financial fact books and comprehensive corporate presentations.

Successful studies in economics focusing on banking or insurance, corporate finance, corporate assessment, controlling or auditing Practical experience in the financial services sector – through internships or vocational training, as well as interest in the disposition of German or international examina (WP, ACCA, CFA) Pleasure of complex tasks, solution orientation, proactive action, very good communication and interaction capability, flexibility and openness Good MS Office knowledge and ideally stay abroad readiness to travel and German and English very well in word and writing
