IT Service Coordinator (m/w/d)

For a long-term customer project in the public sector, we are looking for a dedicated employee order processing (m/w/d) to support the coordination of IT services and customer requests. • Contact person:in for colleagues in complex technical questions • Examination of incoming orders on responsibility, completeness and professional logic • Coordination and follow-up of changes incl. Escalation management • Creation of documentation and structured processing of technical facts • Processing and control of escalated tickets and coordination with specialist departments • Development and introduction of new processes and change templates • Organisation, pre- and post-processing of customer appointments (including thematic preparation, task planning, reporting) • formulation of responses and voting with the client • Technical representation of the client to the customer (by consultation) • Implementation of small IT projects (e.g. migration, introduction of new hardware or processes) • Close cooperation with process managers:inside and controlling individual customer requirements

• Complete IT training or comparable professional experience in IT service / project environment • Experience in change and escalation management • Organisational skills and strong communication skills • Self-employed, structured work • Experience with contracting authorities of advantage

• Secure project use in the public IT environment with a long-term perspective • Attractive remuneration in the context of employee transfer • Minimum 12 months term with option for extension • Flexible work by arrangement (remote/hybrid) • Provision of IT equipment (Notebook etc.) • Individual support by the Adecco team throughout the entire operation
