Responsible management of demanding construction projects in housing and commercial construction – from the acquisition to the successful transfer and support in the warranty phase Contact person for the customer on site Professional leadership and management of the project team and coordination of all internal and external stakeholders Call for tenders and awards of contractors including contract negotiations Ensuring compliance with quality, dates and costs across all phases of the project Funded application of contract law (VOB, BGB, HOAI) and responsibility for additional services Result-based planning and control of budgets, liquidity and cost-effectiveness of projects Creating, updating and monitoring schedules Technical and economic advice in early planning phases to optimize the processes Voting with authorities, offices and carers Monitoring the execution of all plants and professional fault management

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or equivalent qualification with appropriate knowledge At least 5 years of professional experience in the construction management and at least 2 years in the operational project management Projektmanager (m/w/d) im Baubau (m/w/d) Safe handling of MS Office products and MS Project Knowledge of iTWO and Lean Construction Safe appearance, independent work, coordinated and structured working, self-responsibility, team-ability Professional knowledge of the Hamburg SF market
