You have a firm grip on your projects – from A to Z.

Communication: You are the link between general contractors, (technical) planners and all project participants. You hold the threads in your hand, so be sure of a clear statement and a steady exchange – at eye level and always solution-oriented.

Organization: You are the conductor at the construction site. You make sure everyone is in the right place at the right time and the project runs like a well-tuned orchestra.

Head: You give the direction to the building management, keep an overview and make sure that everything goes according to the instructions – professional, legal and human.

Quality & Control: From awarding to implementation to final acceptance – you always have a look at costs, dates and quality. You're the guarantor that at the end everything fits, to the point.

You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or do you have a technical training? Perfect – this is exactly the basis we are looking for!

You are open to day trips within Germany (especially in the north, east and NRW) – approx. 2-3 times a week? Sounds like an exciting wallpaper change for you? Great!

What you also bring:

Communication is in your blood – you can convince, negotiate and bring things to the point. Structure and self-responsibility are self-evident for you – you keep an overview and grab where it is needed. You think entrepreneurial, like working in the team and are with heart blood at the thing – the classic hand-on mentality is more than just a flea. Very good German knowledge (min. C1 level).
