Caretaker

The worker shall perform the following work regularly in accordance with the following list of benefits:

Household activities: 

• Weekly presence and desire in and at the object
• Weekly retrieval and retrieval of the garbage buckets at the appropriate dates
• cleaning of waste bins and garbage containers
• Care of green areas/plant beds, weed remove / mulch / planting and cutting
• Weekly cleaning of the staircase, the hallway, entrance/movement areas, cellar areas and elevators
• Weekly cleaning of dirt collection mats
• cleaning of doors and windows in entrance areas, hallways, staircases and in the basement
• gardening work-up of the outdoor plant

• cleaning of the roof troughs and throats, checking of the rain, fall and ground lines for defect or blockage, cleaning of the catch baskets and screens, the floor inlets, as far as visible or accessible on the entire property including basement, underground garage, rooftops and outdoor facilities
• cleaning of the light shafts in the cellar as well as the dirt-catching grids (foot trays), removal of foliage, tilting, spider fabrics and other waste
• master emergency service for pipe break and power failure
• notification of disturbances or necessary major repairs to house management/owners
• Monitoring of repairs and services by foreign traders
• Monitor maintenance appointments and agree with the companies    
• In winter: clearing and scattering services of the corresponding areas such as pavements, movement areas, courtyard and outer surfaces, parking spaces, departure underground parking
