Manager Transaction Services (m/f/d)

You conduct financial due diligence projects (Buy-Side / Sell-Side) for strategic investors and financial investors. You start demanding business analysis. You are responsible for creating Financial Due Diligence Reports and Financial Fact Books. You train younger team members and actively contribute to the development and implementation of new tools. You establish and maintain network contacts and support the acquisition of new mandates with your expertise and personality.

You have completed university studies and have ideally gained several years of professional experience in the field of Transaction Services and/or Audit. You are power-oriented, and your action is proactive and manifold. With the degree of freedom granted to you, you are self-responsible and at the same time have a look at the efficiency and success of the project team. Teamwork and hierarchy-free cooperation are important to you. You communicate safely and confidently – both in writing and oral – in German (at least C1 level). You have good knowledge of English and have good expertise in accounting and assessment. The enthusiasm to train young team members as well as strong team and communication skills complete your profile.
