For our SOS Children's Village Sauerland, we are looking for an educator / social pedagogue / curative caregiver (m/w/d) for a stationary family-analog small group in full time or part-time (19.25 to 38.5 hours/Where.) Your task: The offer of the stationary family-analogous micro-residential group is aimed at boys and girls from the primary school age, in which a longer-term perspective is envisaged and which can benefit from a targeted range of relationships and a social-pedagogical environment. The house of the residential group is located on the grounds of the SOS Children's Village Sauerland in Lüdenscheid and can accommodate up to 6 children. The team consists of six educational professionals. As an educational specialist, you will take care of up to six young people in our stationary, family-analogous small-scale group together with your team colleagues. With your expertise and empathy, you promote the individual development of the representatives and work with the educational and help planning. They organize a structured daily routine and contribute to the design of an active group life. A good cooperation with schools, doctors, therapists, other external assistance and support systems as well as the respective parents is maintained by you. They carry out the necessary documentation and reporting, support the management in the further development of the educational work and participate in professional, internal bodies of the institution. In your task, you are responsible for the implementation of child protection and care protection. Your qualifications and skills: They have a degree as a state-recognized educatorin or social pedagoguein or state-recognized healer education caregiverin or a comparable educational qualification and have as much professional experience as possible. They have the competence to integrate targeted promotion into everyday life. They bring commitment to the further development of our pedagogical work with the representatives.
