Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Full time | Monday–Friday | 08:00–17:00
Retrieval and follow-up of health insurance permits Examination and dispatch of applications Telephone and written communication with health insurance companies and patients Maintenance of master data in our CRM system
Joy in dealing with people and strong communication skills Good knowledge of German in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Self-permanent, structured and reliable operation – even if it becomes a bit more lively A sovereign, convincing and powerful appearance on the phone
