You can do this with us:

• Implementation of maintenance orders according to recognised technical rules
• Tests according to professional regulations for different types of objects
• Ensure operational readiness and safety of technical installations
• Recognition of defects and introduction of appropriate measures to eliminate them
• Run and document maintenance, inspection and repair work including IT-based feedback
• Support, instruction and control of contractors and foreign companies
• Creation of technical protocols and documentation
• Participation in malfunction service
• Implementation of local safety and accident prevention measures
• Training and support of service specialists for various plants (e.g. BMA, Packstation, Building Control, MSR)
• Creation of damage diagnoses in complex individual cases
• Support and introduction of new employees

We wish you:

• Completed training as an electromechanical engineer, electric specialist according to VDE 0105, plant mechanic SHK or several years of relevant professional experience
• Good knowledge of operating, electrical and building technology
• Experience in troubleshooting and working according to defined processes
• Safe handling of PC and IT systems
• Professional and binding appearance to customers and foreign companies
• High operational readiness, loadability and quality and cost awareness
• Responsible, careful and self-employed operation incl. own order disposition
• Team skills and commitment
• Ready for ongoing training
• Class B driving licence and personal mobility
