You are responsible for the demanding support of high-ranking customer visits from both the domestic and foreign countries at the site and organise these dates from A to Z. In addition to members of the armed forces and other customers, your visitor groups also include representatives from politics, economics and society. You ensure that Diehl Defence maintains the required infrastructure for representative events at the stand site and further develops it in the currently very dynamic growth phase with a regenerative construction; In addition, make sure that these spaces can be used for visitors from all departments of the enterprise. You are part of our location-crossing team in the field of enterprise communication and PR; the described tasks as well as further contributions for the field are carried out jointly with another team colleague at the stand.

You bring a dual study o.a. of the department Hotellerie / Gastronomie or in trade fairs and events or a comparable qualification. You have several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field of work – in an enterprise, an agency or other organization, a safe way of dealing with customers and comparable target groups, deal with proto-collary questions and know each other with the planning and implementation of demanding events. Expertise and skills from other areas of activity in the field of enterprise communication are desired. Flexi­bility, stress resistance and a detailed service are self­sufficient for you. Very good German and English languages complete your profile.
