One of your main tasks is to test surfaces (purity, surface protection, crack test ZfP) In addition, check and measure parts with commercially available measuring and testing equipment You grant production release Another task is the creation and processing of error reports including the implementation of a decision You take on independent communication with the staff and supervisors of all departments relevant to the task Also perform crack testing of welding assemblies in aluminium and steel area You check assemblies and components of new production and repair You work with further testing and programming You carry out the submission of operations in the ERP system You will take care of the goods receipt check and goods exit check of welded components

You have a successfully completed vocational training as a material examiner, material examiner or for a qualification as a welder or in the metal sector You have further training in the field of the ZfP. Experiences with the programs SAP, CAQ BABTEC, MS-Office are desirable You bring qualifications in the field of ZfP (MT2, VT2; PT2, UT2, RT-FAW and, if necessary, further processes) with A structured working and self-initiative complete your profile You have a long-term professional experience of the above mentioned vocational trainings or activities
