Ensuring a frictionless and (energy)efficient operation of technical building equipment at the MARKGRAF properties in Bayreuth, Immenreuth, Kemnath, Kulmain, Marktredwitz and Weiden Support of the PV systems and the existing charging infrastructure structure Regular analysis of the systems and the associated software solutions among the aspects of economy, sustainability and operational reliability and, where appropriate, derivation, design and implementation of optimization measures Ensuring regular implementation and monitoring of maintenance and repair work Documentation of work carried out (maintenance and maintenance) and preparation of reports Close coordination with the organizational units acting on the property Other facility management activities, such as support for modernisation and organisation of events

Engineer / Master (m/w/d) in the field of electrical, heating, ventilation or sanitary Secure MS Office licenses and good IT confessions Structured thinking and self-employed and targeted working methods Very good conceptual, analytical capabilities as well as a fast, comprehensive and solution-oriented conception Mobility and flexibility
