Social pedagogue - division manager with own team for assisted living in Nauen / Friesack (m/f/d)

You actively shape (full-time or part-time with at least 32h) the construction of a new area for people with mental illnesses and, if necessary, further assistance. Its site is located in Nauen (Wohnen) and Friesack (Day Structure). You take responsibility for the technical and organizational management.

Your tasks:

• You run and coordinate a small team of specialists and assistants

• You accompany adult people with disabilities in everyday life

• You are contact*in for your team, relatives, residents and network partners

• You develop individual goals together with clients

• You provide a stable, value-adding residential environment

• You work with authorities, supervisors and specialist services

• You document their work independently and structured

• You may accompany the people to be cared for to Friesack (drive service available)

• Studying social work or completed training (Ergotherapie, Sozialpädagogik, Pflegefachkraft, Psychology) or comparable qualification

• Experience in working with people with disabilities

• Ideally first management experience

• Communication strength, team skills and responsibility

• driving licence class B, service vehicle available (possibly also possible for private use)

• You work structured and remain calm in complex situations

• You want a small team instead of large anonymous structures
