Senior Originator ESG (m/w/d) Our customers (focusing on corporates) along the entire value chain of a (sustainable) transaction focusing on syndicated loans, debt certificates and bonds – from the selection of emission and structuring parameters (such as “Use of Proceeds” or “Target-Linked Structures”) to the completion of the transaction. In addition, you will conduct sound analyses of current developments in the sustainable financing market, identify and analyse sustainable finance trends both on the issuer and on the investor side and assess the impact of political and regulatory requirements – your results will be incorporated into concrete recommendations for action that will help our customers to successfully implement sustainable financing strategies. As part of your consulting activities, you can also rely on your expertise in credit rating and optimization of financing structures and benefit from your network to established rating providers. At events, you will represent our sustainable finance expertise and network with other relevant market participants, including issuers and investors as well as competing dealer banks, initiatives and bodies. In addition, you can support our sales units in the field of joint customer appointments and webinars and actively engage in internal innovation projects.

Successfully completed studies with a focus on economic science: BWL, VWL, economic information, economic mathematics or comparable. Multiannual professional experience in the DCM organization focusing on Corporates, Sustainable Finance Advisory, (ESG) Rating Advisory. Comprehensive knowledge of the structuring of sustainable bonds, debt certificates and loans or other sustainable financing instruments. Credit Ratings / Rating Advisory experience and an existing network of established credit rating agencies. Very good knowledge of the sustainable finance market, in particular the criteria for the acquisition of mandates, market participants, price determinants and legal and regulatory frameworks (e.g. EU-Taxonomy, European Green Bond Standard, CSRD). Dealing with MS Office, Bloomberg and other capital market-relevant applications. German and English in word and writing – other foreign languages are desirable. Designed analytical and organizational skills, team spirit and communication strength, customer and target orientation.
