Head of Building Services (m/f/d)

directing, coordinating and organizing the field of home technology and buildings, plan the budget and control the current costs for the field of domestic engineering and buildings; planning, coordinating, controlling and monitoring construction, maintaining and operating the building and operating technology, in particular the building control technology, to do the care and maintenance of the building and outdoor facilities, to ensure technical safety in the educational centre; to ensure and further develop the operability of domestic technology.

a qualified master/tested master or state-tested technician / state-tested technician in the electrical and electronics industry / electronics engineer for energy and building technology with further training on technical specialist / technical specialist and at least two years of relevant professional experience, preferably in one of the areas of building control technology, fire protection, fire alarm systems, network technology, emergency power supply, an analytical judgment and thinking capacity as well as a planned and targeted task management and organisational capacity; the ability to make decisions within the scope of its own discretion, taking into account economic viability; the ability to motivate employees and a targeted and competitive management of employees; and

• promotion associated with ability to persuade and enforce, a strong communication skills as well as a friendly and value-adding approach to the participants, a high readiness for performance, responsibility and cooperation, driving licence class B, PC identifiers MS Office and building control technology.
