Conception and monitoring of process transfer for the production of a stem cell product from development to routine production Further development of the process and analysis according to regulatory and economic requirements Quality testing for blood and cell products Ensuring the transfer of knowledge to the manufacturing staff Monitoring the production and testing of marketable batches Design and implementation of Continuous Improvement Programmes for the production and testing of cell products Release of batches for the market CPP and CQA employees training of process and product

Graduate in the field of pharmacy, medicine or natural sciences Knowledge according to § 15 AMG for the production and testing of hematopoietic stem cell preparations Multiannual experience in GMP-compliant production and testing of stem cell preparations or comparable products Knowledge in the relevant legal regulations for ATMPs (EU, USA, Japan) German and very good English in word and writing Struc­tuous, self-sponsored working and sub­sponsored thinking Communication strength and organizational skills
