As part of our Transactions & Corporate Finance Team at the Hamburg, Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin and Düsseldorf locations, challenges await you in the heart of the transaction world. You can do a variety of tasks: You work on national and international M&A projects - from strategic portfolio analysis to carve-outs and sales to acquisitions and reorganisations In the team, you will set up extensive financial due diligences / company reviews and analyze opportunities and risks of exciting transactions You advise national and international private equity investors as well as portfolio companies in a variety of industries within the framework of Leveraged Buyout related financing issues and strategies You immerse yourself in different industries and get to know a variety of project types - so you develop into a versatile professional and combine professional excellence and profound industry knowledge You develop your technical skills and start specializing in areas where you have already achieved first success. You actively support your team and take responsibility in projects to achieve optimal results together

You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on business management, finance, economics, engineering or other quantitative fields and are burning for developments and trends in M&A transactions, corporate finance and accounting You have already gained first experience in the field of corporate finance through accompanying activities You are characterized by outstanding analytical skills, critical thinking and a structured, accurate functioning You are creative, curious, team-oriented and motivated to go to lead You have very good MS-Office knowledge and ideally have first experience with visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) You have very good communication and negotiation skills in German and English
