You could prove your pragmatic and practice-oriented leadership in a production company in previous management tasks, which would be ideal for previous knowledge of the production of materials (ceramic or hard metal) They have a clear understanding of leadership, characterized by empathy and coaching, and have already been able to live in the production environment They have a quick understanding, also consider complex issues and indeed implement solutions.
