Completely responsible handling of the large project Siemensbahn in Berlin – from technical control to successful project implementation Technical and operational management of complex engineering projects including control of all project-related processes after order allocation Ensuring scheduled, quality and budget-oriented project execution Management and coordination of project, construction and planning meetings as well as close coordination with clients, authorities and all project participants Control and monitoring of construction managers, subcontractors and planning participants An invitation to tender, award and coordination of follow-up services and participation in implementation planning Responsibility for cost control, follow-up management, performance accounting and contract management Ensuring compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards Representation of the company to clients, authorities and subcontractors

Complete studies in civil engineering or comparable technical qualifications At least 10 years of professional experience in a comparable operational position, ideally in engineering, infrastructure or large project construction Funded knowledge in building contract law (BGB and VOB/B) as well as in contract and supplementary management Experience in the management and control of project and construction site teams Secure user knowledge in MS Project, RIB iTWO, Arriba or comparable software Embossed technical understanding of complex construction processes and a structured and solution-oriented operation Communication strength, enforcement capacity and high decision-making competence Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Willingness for future project assignments outside the Berlin site
