As a transport system operator, supply security has the highest priority for us – today and in the future. With our approximately 3,000-kilometre gas network, we ensure safe supply with heat and electricity from Lower Saxony to Lake Constance. We are looking at a climate-neutral future and are already building a powerful hydrogen network today. We also provide our customers with a powerful fibre-optic network in addition to services relating to gas-technical installations as infrastructure providers. About 350 employees at ten locations in Baden-Württemberg and Hessen operate our network and continuously develop it: solution-oriented, pragmatic and connected to the region. We therefore ensure reliable and future-proof provision at the highest level. In order to strengthen our team in the Dispatching area at the Stuttgart site, we are looking for a dedicated team management Dispatching (m/w/d).

You are a team of 12 dispatchers (m/w/d) You are responsible for the further development of your employees

You organise training and ensure that the employees you are instructed and trained in accordance with the current regulations (DVGW, ISMS, HSSE). You work in 3-shift operation. Monitor the systems of our gas port system and control the reference quantities using our control system software (PSI Control) take over the disposition and control of internal flows for the secure and contractual supply of our partners and customers control and monitor our compressor systems take the lead-through operationally for our port customers inform internal and external bodies about special events, proto­col­pro­ceeding operations and initiate or co­ordinating repair measures carry out forecasting, simulation and MRP calculations

Completed studies in the field of economic engineering or engineering (m/w/d) Multiannual Experience as Dispatcher (m/w/d) in the Gas and Energy Expertise in the management of employees – both in terms of discipline and expertise Secure application of MS Office Very good German and good English skills Openness to new, IT-Affinity, a self­employed, reliable and self­professional way of working and a team-oriented skills Their activity consists of about 30% of office activity and 70% of 3-shift work (exempted with shift supplements). The shift service is connected to a regular call service.
