Senior Project Manager Building Construction (m/f/d)

In the course of further growth, the dynamic, value- and process-oriented mid-sized company is looking for an experienced and proactive project manager (m/w/d) to strengthen the dedicated and well-launched team in the region of North Germany at the next possible time.

You manage their projects in turnkey construction overarching with regard to costs, dates and quality and ensure the successful handling and satisfaction of their customers. You coordinate the internal interfaces for work preparation, construction and planning, and have a view of the processes of the construction projects from order acceptance to acceptance at any time. You provide competent support to the clients, communicate targetedly with the building management on site as well as the after-contractors and are contact persons for all involved in the project. You support the creation of tenders and tender documents as well as the further development of processes and cooperate strategically closely with the head of the branch. You are a personally valuable team member, to whom you can rely, and contribute to fun, a positive mood and constructive attitude in the team.

You have completed a degree in the field of civil engineering / architecture or a comparable training. You bring together several years of professional experience as senior construction manager and/or project manager – and are already currently controlling independent demanding construction projects, ideally in construction. You want to take responsibility in the team, are reliable and authentic and want to continue developing together. You appear sovereign and customer-oriented at all levels, think and act forward-looking and directional and like to make decisions.
