The proper and timely accounting of all relevant processes in the electronic War Weapons Book (eKWB) according to the War Weapons Control Act (KrWaffKontrG) and the 2nd Implementing Regulation is one of your main tasks. You apply permissions in SAP GTS and in eKWB and maintain them on the system side. You consistently implement the requirements and requirements of authorisations according to the KrWaffKontrG. In addition, you support the monitoring of approvals, in particular as regards requirements, validity and time limits. You release processes in eKWB (e.g. order cards) and in SAP GTS (e.g. shipping documents). You have a successfully completed commercial or technical training and a corresponding further training.
