Head of Facility Management for Malteser in the region of Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland (m/f/d)

Together with the central facility management for the Malteser Association, You develop the regional-specific execution organisation and continue to build the object management in Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland You conduct the regional facility management with about 34 properties in the property as well as other rental properties independently and guide the object managers (m/w/d) professionally You organise or conduct inventory recordings of the properties in order to record the inspection, maintenance, auditable installations, equipment and construction structures, and their building regulations usage requirements by: You prepare or write the site-by-site maintenance planning and monitor the technical and infrastructural object operation You provide service providers for inspection, maintenance and testing; check site or cross-sectoral bundling possibilities You organize the reactive/planable repair and deficiencies, including the procurement of related external services and create or monitor the budget planning in this respect You work with the Corporate Real Estate Management of the Malteser Association with regard to possible location analyses, feasibility studies and target planning as well as their implementation; in particular, you perceive the user representation and assemble the user-specific requirements You work with the regional sustainability management on the identification, analysis and implementation of measures to optimise energy efficiency Optionally and depending on the specified project organization, you will perform the building function in construction projects You report to the regional management and the central facility management of the Malteser Association, advise these strategically and create recommendations for action

We are particularly important that you bring practical experience in the operation of different types of real estate In addition, you should have a successfully completed degree in the field of facility, building or real estate management, architecture or engineering; Alternatively, you can bring a comparable technical and commercial training, ideally incl. (m/w/d) and a similar course of study Experience in the independent management of work and project groups Experience in the professional management of processes in facility management is advantageous A generalistic and safe handling of specialist rules Flexibility to exercise regular missions within Hessen-Rheinland-Pfalz-Saarland Openness and a pronounced communication strength Security in handling MS Office 365 and CAFM systems
