As a 1st and 2nd level supporter, you are the contact person for internal and external parties when it comes to our test software and our online operator portal solution. You process orders from our customers and are responsible for setting up and activating digital solutions Take 1st and 2nd Level Support activities by email, phone or ticket system and analyze and resolve problems You take the proactive customer support by consulting other products and looking at the use of our digital solutions You are the interface to other internal teams and the developer team and work closely with them

You have an IT training or at least one year experience in IT support or 2 years experience in a SaaS company You work structured and always have your tasks in mind You are service-oriented and communication-intensive You have a basic understanding of digital products and SaaS solutions You speak fluent German and good English
