As an IT system administrator/IT supporter, you are part of a small team and, together with colleagues and external service providers, ensure the operational IT operation for clients/servers and applications in a Windows environment. The versatile task includes support for users (1st/2nd level) for MS 365 applications, troubleshooting at HW/SW and documentation of problem solutions (ticket system). In addition, manage the TK system and mobile devices (MDM). You optimize the operation by automating processes and manage the network infrastructure and the firewall system. In the medium term, it is possible to assume the role of the team leader.

At least one year experience in support and administration of MS Windows - environments Knowledge of common standard applications (Exchange, CRM, ERP systems, Power BI) and IT tools (virtualization, backup, etc.) Good knowledge of German and English
