Project Manager IT Infrastructure (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consulting for specialists and executives, is looking for a project manager IT infrastructure in a permanent position.

Our client is a growing company in a regulated environment with high compliance and data security requirements. A separate IT department is under construction; At present, IT is partly supported by the IT of a sister company, which, however, is increasingly exploited. At the same time, digital projects are implemented by external service providers, which means that an internal authority gains importance for overall overview, technical decisions and reliable timetables. The focus is on the safe, clean and auditable further development of the IT landscape and the structured control of infrastructure and digital projects. The role is deliberately created as an internal key position to bundle interfaces, establish standards and ensure sustainable operational capability.

As a project manager, you want to support IT infrastructure not only projects, but actively build the IT function, effectively anchor cybersecurity and consistently lead digital projects to success? Then this position offers you the right design space and a direct visibility of your results Technical evaluation of decision templates and active Sparring Partners of the project management for digital projects to secure timelines and implementation quality Control and support of infrastructure and migration projects such as SharePoint migration including security concept, backup and authorization concept Selection and introduction of tools and technologies taking into account regulatory requirements, such as e-signature solutions from existing shortlists Responsibility for IT security and cybersecurity through risk analysis, action planning and control of implementation in cooperation with internal and external partners Coordination of location rollouts and onboarding technology including service provider control, standardized equipment and introduction of a ticket system and hardware tracking

Found experience as an IT generalist with focus on infrastructure, network and IT security as well as practice in managing IT projects Experience in selecting, commissioning and managing external IT service providers including clear requirements, acceptances and appointment control Safe occurrence and high communication capability towards non-technical stakeholders, combined with structured expectation management Embossed Hands-on-Mentiality for Build-versus-Buy Decisions and the Operational Implementation of Small to Medium Tasks to Relieve the Budget openness to new technologies such as AI while at the same time risk and compliance awareness; Experience in regulated industries of advantage, but no condition Very good German knowledge in Word and Writing (min. C1-Level)
