Property Manager for WEG & Rental Management (m/f/d)

Maintaining residential properties: You take over the independent commercial and technical management of a permanently assigned inventory and keep in mind appointments, open processes and necessary measures. Owners accompany reliably: As a central contact person, you take care of the concerns of the owners and ensure a clear, binding communication. Organize and conduct owner meetings: You shall be responsible for the preparation, implementation and follow-up of the meetings and shall accompany the implementation of the decisions taken in due time. Be present on site: For the annual owner meetings you will travel to the respective project locations. The service journeys required for this purpose are binding to your task. Coordinating service providers: You control and assign services, for example in the context of maintenance contracts, and accompany their reliable execution. Safely organize administrative processes: you process customer requests and administrative processes efficiently and on time. This includes the correspondence, a structured storage and a reliable time and re-preposition.

You have completed training as a real estate businessman/wife, merchant/wife of the land and housing industry or an equivalent qualification acquired by professional experience. You bring experience in WEG administration or housing and are familiar with housing IT systems, ideally DOMUS. You work independently, structured and responsibly and keep track of multiple parallel processes. You appear confidently and communicate with owners, tenants, authorities and service providers professionally and value-assurance – in writing as oral. You bring the necessary readiness to travel in order to personally carry out owner meetings at our project sites. You have a class B licence.
