The MBLD Risk Office forms the 2nd Line of Defense of the MBLD. We are looking for reinforcement in the field of our defense for Anti Financial Crime – here are the following tasks waiting for you: As a member of our Anti Financial Crime Team, you will ensure compliance with legal regulations in the area of money laundering, terrorist financing, other criminal acts and sanctions

You take care of the interpretation and evaluation of regulatory requirements and their transfer into innovative and pragmatic solutions – thereby optimizing internal processes and systems

For the continuous updating and further development of institution-specific risk analysis as well as guidelines, work instruction and security measures, you use modern technologies and creative approaches to create a competitive advantage in prevention

As a 2nd level function, you decode suspicion moments and actively contribute to the analysis to enable quick and sound decisions in the operating daily business

You develop our relationships with outsourcing partners in the AFC environment, allowing seamless integration and maximum effectiveness

Through intelligent monitoring and proactive control actions, you can identify and prevent potential risks at an early stage and make them transparent

Ideally, you bring the following: Successfully completed studies in economics, law or comparable qualifications

Multiannual relevant professional experience in money laundering prevention, compliance or audit in a regulated environment in the financial sector

Funded and up-to-date knowledge of the Money Laundering Act (GwG), the Lending Officer (KWG) and other relevant regulatory provisions

Detectional expertise through regular progress and further developments in money laundering prevention and anti financial crime

Personal competencies: Teamwork – ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams and develop collaborative solutions

Ability to set and pursue clear and measurable goals and openness to new ideas, innovation and continuous improvement
