Own-sponsored management and control of civil engineering projects of the transport infrastructure, in particular engineering works and construction measures in public transport areas, parking spaces and parking spaces Development of project specifications and control of external planning and construction services Coordination of entertainment activities incl. Successfully completed university studies (Bachelor) in the field of civil engineering / civil engineering or comparable Ideally multiannual professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity, preferably in an administration Application-proof knowledge in the relevant legal area Very good German language skills (at least proven level C1 of the Common European Framework for Languages) Driving licence Class B Reliable, independent and structured operation Embossed solution competence combined with communication and negotiation skills Motivation in the further development of work processes in the team Cost awareness and economic thinking Ready for occasional service outside regular working hours
