On the role

You are responsible for ensuring the proper operation of our technical facilities and buildings. You monitor maintenance appointments, perform minor repairs and ensure the functionality of systems such as heating and water supply. In addition, you provide master care and act as a contact person for clients and suppliers on site.

Your task includes:

• Acquisition of proper building operation
• Monitoring of industrial plants and maintenance dates
• Implementation of repairs and maintenance work on industrial plants
• Ensuring plant functionality, in particular heating and water supply
• provision of housekeeping services throughout the plant
• Contact person for clients and suppliers on site
• Maintenance of outdoor and garden facilities
• Implementation of service trips
• Takeover of technical readiness

About you

• Complete technical training or comparable qualification
• Experience in building technology and maintenance
• Self-employed and responsible work
• Communication strength and team skills
• Flexibility and readiness for service journeys (occasionally and usually within 150km)
