Manager Operational Excellence & Process Optimization Food Industry

In this role you are driver:in our location for continuous improvement and operational excellence. You analyze existing processes, identify potentials and implement sustainable optimizations together with our specialist areas. You combine strategic thinking with operational implementation and create transparency, efficiency and measurable results. You perform the following tasks: You opt for our value chains and production processes, systematically identify potential for improvement and implement them sustainably with Lean, Six Sigma and KVP methods. You conduct and coordinate cross-area projects to increase efficiency, reduce costs through best practices and minimise waste along our entire process chain. You analyze process and performance indicators (KPIs), develop meaningful reporting and manage data-based measures to improve quality, cost and performance. You recognize bottlenecks and disturbances at an early stage, develop holistic solutions and ensure stable and efficient processes in the production and delivery process. You are qualified and coaching employees and executives in Operational-Excellence methods and actively promote a culture of continuous improvement and readiness to change.

You have completed a master training (or comparable qualification) and brings first experience in the field of Operational Excellence, Lean Management and/or Six Sigma – ideally with Green Belt or comparable training. You have experience in project and change management as well as in the management of interdisciplinary teams and the implementation of workshops and training. You work analytically, structured and targeted, recognize relationships quickly and go proactively on topics. You convince by the strength of communication and the ability to understand complex content and to accompany people through change processes. You are safe in handling MS Office and ideally have first SAP knowledge; very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing complete your profile.
