Recruiting Accompanying on and offboarding Extension of staff retention and development Concept of internal feedback talks Technical support for payment accounting and management of cooperation with the tax office and external partners, including foreign chambers of commerce Personnel management in compliance with legal provisions Contact person for personal questions with international reference

That's what distinguishes you

A completed commercial training Multiannual professional experience in personnel Good knowledge of labour law Discretion in handling personnel and wage data Ability to work in a structured manner even with high work volume Communication strength and friendly appearance Knowledge of the handling of HR tools (ideally Personio) and the MS Office package Very good English knowledge in word and writing for daily communication with international partners and chambers of commerce Experience in dealing with foreign chambers of commerce and international personnel topics
