In the realisation department of vehicle concepts Vorentwicklungswerkstatt Sindelfingen, prototype vehicles are rebuilt and first concept representations/showcars are produced. Among other things, you can expect the following exciting challenges: Acquisition of new work materials includes careful planning, ordering and monitoring of deliveries to ensure that all required materials are available in the correct quantity, quality and optimal price Support for workshop management, workshop management and workshop planning involves active participation in organisational management, efficient management of workflows, and strategic planning of resources and work processes within the workshop Project Cost Planning and Order Management tasks include the creation and monitoring of budget plans, the efficient management of orders, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective implementation of projects The support of the workshop in everyday tasks includes cooperation in the organisation of maintenance, repair and production processes and ensuring a smooth running of daily work The moderation of weekly meetings, which address the planning of the workshop, includes the structured management of meetings, the tuning of workflows and resources, and the setting of priorities for future tasks and projects The activity can begin from March 2026.
