Psychologist Youth Welfare (m/f/d)

We are looking for a psychologist or psychotherapist (m/w/d) for our intensive housing groups in the Homberg region (Efze). We are open to all forms of cooperation (fixed in full or part-time or on a fee basis with a flexible amount of hours).

You take the psychological and psychological-therapeutic advice of the educational teams in our intensive groups. You support the team management in the request and recording process as well as in the implementation of psychological work according to technical requirements, in crisis situations and by agreement. Participation in team consulting is just as important as the organisation and implementation of case reviews, expert advice and situation analysis. You support the development of diagnostics and the design and implementation of group-therapeutic offers. The technical documentation and work on help plan reports complete your task profile.

You have a degree in Psychology (Diplom or Master), you are an approbated psychotherapist (m/w/d) for children and adolescents or psychotherapist in education You have a DBT training or a willingness to continue in this area. You have experience in working with children and adolescents, ideally in stationary youth assistance and have knowledge of therapeutic intervention. You work independently, reflect and responsibly and are ready to participate in our ProDeMa trainings. You are owned by a passenger car license and know the common PC applications.

Depending on the qualification and professional experience, you earn the entrance between €4.901 and €5.709, for many years of professional experience up to €7.51 is possible (based on TVöD-VKA E13 as a psychologist or E14 as an approved psychotherapist for full-time, part-time). There is also a special annual payment and an occupational pension scheme. With the “Vitos Card” you will receive a pay extra of up to 50 € per month in the event of a permanent job; tax- and social insurance-free for shopping, tanking, supermarkets or in the restaurant. We work intensively and offer further and further training opportunities, supervision, coaching and expert advice. You are involved in a dedicated team and have a self-responsible work with high efficiency. You can make your time of use flexible in consultation with the teams.
