Consultant Transaction Diligence - Strategy and Transactions (Financial Services) (w/m/d)

As part of the Transaction Diligence in Cologne, Munich or Frankfurt/Main, we accompany both FinTechs, InsurTechs, Start-ups, brokers: both in the private equity and banking sector within the framework of strategy and M&A projects and in the implementation of different buyer and sales advisory services. You can do a variety of tasks: You conduct market and business analyses within the framework of strategy and management consulting projects for financial services companies (insurances, banks, asset managers and brokers/ brokers) and InsurTechs/ FinTechs/Start-ups You are together in the team for the analysis of the annual financial statements and the financial figures of a target company as part of a financial due diligence You identify risks as well as purchase price-relevant facts and conduct strengths/weak analyses to enable our customers: to give an action recommendation regarding a purchase/sales decision You jointly assess the financial situation of our customers in the team (for example analysis of sales flows, costs and profitability as well as working capital/net cash, as well as liquidity and identifying silent reserves/loads) You support our customers in strategic and financial issues as well as in the purchase price and purchase contract negotiation and the development of restructuring options of the transaction

You have set a degree in economics and your focus on business administration (e.g. Finance, M&A, Accounting, Controlling, Insurance and Banking Administration) You have first practical experience in the financial environment and/or in the Strategy and Transactions/Corporate Finance/M&A sector (e.g. in the course of training, internship or student work) You have first knowledge of HGB and international accounting standards (e.g. IFRS) You have a precise way of working, are committed, show high sense of responsibility and are sure to deal with MS Office You are team-oriented and have very good communication and presentation skills in German and English
