• Definition and development of decentralized IT/OT services for our assets

• Ensure that the services meet the business requirements and are provided in accordance with the agreements.

• Development of a strategy for merging IT/OT technology, skills and culture

• Implementation of the agreed services (also operational) at the respective locations ( nationwide)

• Monitoring and ensuring the provision of the respective services

• Maintaining a high level of availability and performance

• Ensure that the services provided comply with the security and compliance policies and requirements

• Optimize the processes of service provision

• Promote continuous improvements

• Implementation of best practices and standards

• Ensure proper trouble and problem management

• Reporting on service performance and care of comprehensive documentation

• Higher education in computer science/electrotechnology or equivalent professional qualification

• Comprehensive experience in the implementation and management of IT/OT services or alternatively good experience in process control and automation technology

• Excellent knowledge of the processes and processes of IT services

• Good knowledge of energy plants and their operating processes

• Good practical skills in electrical engineering / IT installation techniques

• Clear attitude of entrepreneurship, always looking for new opportunities to create added value for the company through IT

• Understanding highly operational and cost-driven organisations

• Understanding the requirements, limitations, financial aspects and business drivers of the company

• Embossed knowledge in stakeholder management in the field of a large-scale and operational, performance-oriented company

• Ability to build excellent relationships with stakeholders, customers, colleagues and suppliers

• Ability to active cooperation across cultural and organisational boundaries

• Excellent language skills German and English (word and font)

• Mobility for business travellers (provision of driving licence class B)
