Monitoring the production of concrete towers and ensuring that the teams have sufficient staff and tools to achieve the objectives set by the company's quality standards DISCLOSURE:

Planning of daily activities for the production teams Compliance with staff hours on budget Ensure that the safety programs of the plant are followed Management of stocks and coordination with other departments Understanding that all injuries, even if they are minor, must be reported to the management and/or the security office Cooperation with engineers to improve manufacturing processes and develop new processes Informing the quality manager about identified deviations and incidents during the process Training of new employees in processes and guidelines to ensure effective operation

Experience in production processes Experience in concrete production and technological control, experience with self-compressing concrete Experience as a production manager or in a similar position Availability for travel: This position requires that you are on site all the time, change of location to new projects when the previous are completed Flowing in English Ability to work in teams Methodological and analytical skills
