Your tasks... • Organisation and coordination of the managing director's daily business • Updating and creating presentations • Implementation of travel planning, booking and settlement • Organisation and preparation of appointments • Guide and archiving of all correspondence and contracts • Administrative support for project work • Self-responsible maintenance of deadlines and deadlines • Organisation of events for customers/partners, employee events and participation in trade fairs • Leading correspondence in word and writing (in German and English) • Conducting research on strategic issues • Contact for customers and external business partners (national and international) • Coordination of cooperation with management

Your profile... • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification • First professional experience in a similar position • Good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint • English skills • Embossed organisational, team and communication skills and flexibility • Commitment • Self-employed and structured working, very good time management
