Participation as a core project team member in the new product development Implementation of quality planning from project start to series maturity Selection and evaluation of suppliers according to qualitative criteria Implementation of Release Processes for Production Processes and Products Coordinate quality testing and approval of sample and purchase parts Accompanying international customers in audits and acceptances Monitoring the control of product displacement to new series locations Ensure application of Automotive QM Core Tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA Implementation of relevant automotive standards (e.g. VDA, IATF16949)
Complete degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering or comparable Practical experience in quality management in the automotive industry Knowledge of manufacturing technologies such as plastic injection moulding, punching or turning Experience with methods such as Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Safe handling of tools such as SAP QM, MS Office and CAQ systems Knowledge of relevant standards (VDA volumes, IATF16949) Knowledge of supplier development and auditing of international sites Project experience in industrial environment desirable Travel readiness required for international operations English knowledge of Word and Writing
