Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Processing of complaints in the goods management system
• Analysis of key figures and creation of reports and evaluations using Microsoft M365 applications
• Support and support for the Team Lead in daily complaints
• Professional leadership of employees of claims - Working Group
• Contact person:in request and problems of working group employees
• Optimization of processes and creation of new standard processes with associated documentation
• Participation in internal and cross-sector projects, including analyses and concepts
• Own responsible takeover of administrative tasks of systems, processes and special topics
• Regular service trips - Hub Audits / Dealer Visits / Supplier Visits

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training or corresponding studies
• Including professional experience in the area of complaints or aftersales business
• Very good planning and organization skills combined with analytical skills
• Experience in handling customer claims in the automotive aftersales business
• Knowledge in German and English
