Development of strategic concepts for increasing transparency, planning and process stability in material and order management as well as Sales & Operations Planning Holistic analysis, evaluation and co-design of the End to End Processes in the Order Processing Center across all works and locations involved derivation and further development of future-oriented process and system architectures, including clear target image definition, roadmaps and governance for integrated order processing and efficient material management Evaluation and introduction of modern technologies for digitization and process automation, as well as the conception, implementation and management of transnational projects Ensuring the successful implementation of new processes, including structured change management measures Preparation and presentation of decision-making and strategy templates for management, division managers and cross-departmental bodies

Completed study of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the strategic production system or process development Very good methodological knowledge in the planning of production networks as well as in Sales & Operations Planning Experience in managing complex transformation and digitization processes Knowledge of supply chain and production processes, including smart manufacturing, digital twin and cross-functional planning Versified handling of SAP (e.g. MM, SD and CRM) as well as project management applications German and English knowledge in word and writing
