For our renowned customer in the field of technical building management, we are looking for a dedicated electrician/electronic building technology (m/w/d) for long-term use as part of the employee transfer at the next possible time.

♪ Your future task:

• Own-responsibility to carry out maintenance, inspection, maintenance and repair work on building equipment
• Ensure operational readiness and operational safety of technical facilities
• Conducting electrotechnical tests according to DGUV 3 and the applicable VDE regulations
• Analysis, diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Implementation of repairs and sustainable removal of technical defects
• Creation and maintenance of maintenance, testing and maintenance documentation
• Production of technical reports, test logs and plant documentation
• Coordination, instruction and supervision of external service providers and foreign companies
• Quality control and acceptance of work carried out
• Support in technical fault and standby services
• compliance with all applicable safety, work and accident prevention regulations
• Support and technical instruction of service specialists in the field of fire alarm systems, building control technology and MSR technology
• Technical support for the incorporation of new employees

Your profile for the location Elektriker / Elektroniker Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d) from 23,00 € hourly wage:

(m/w/d), Elektromechaniker (m/w/d), Elektromechaniker (m/w/d) or in a comparable electrotechnical profession

• Qualification as an electrician, ideally according to VDE 0105
• As an alternative, a completed training as a plant mechanic SHK (m/w/d) with sound electrotechnical knowledge
• Multiannual professional experience in building, operating or supply engineering
• Good knowledge of maintenance, maintenance and troubleshooting of technical equipment
• Experience in the field of fire alarm systems, building control technology or MSR technology is desirable
• Safe handling of PC, IT and documentation systems
• Self-employed, careful and quality-oriented work
• Responsibility, reliability and team capability
• Friendly and service-oriented appearance to customers, colleagues and external service providers

• Class B licence
