Are you ready to take part in production and become part of a dedicated team? As a helper (m/w/d) in metal processing, you take an important function in production and actively participate in different work steps. Whether you’re packing, sorting or operating machines, you’ll be there and help to ensure everything goes smoothly.

• When operating and monitoring production facilities, you are actively involved.
• You support quality assurance and make sure that all products meet our standards.
• Packing and sorting of goods is also one of your tasks.
• You can carry out smaller maintenance and cleaning work on machines and workstations.
• With your commitment, you help to comply with the production requirements.

We are looking for

To work successfully as a production worker (m/w/d), you do not need a long-term experience, but should be motivated and reliable. The willingness to shift work and a conscientious way of working are particularly important.

• You have basic knowledge in the production area or are ready to acquire it.
• You can quickly adjust to new tasks and processes.
• Team skills and initiative are of course yours.
• You are ready to work in the layer system (spring, late and night layers).
• You look at care and quality in your work.
