For our department DRV-IT rvSystem we are looking for you to occupy a leadership position as Senior Account Manager (m/w/div) Location: Berlin or Würzburg Date of entry: Immediate Application deadline: 30.11.2025 Call number: 14-054-2025 Employment: Full time (part time is possible in principle) Remuneration: Special contract with an extra-tariff fee according to A 16 BBesO Activity Our DRV-IT rvSystem principle and cross-sectional area is responsible for the development of the IT core system of German pension insurance – reliable, safe and forward-looking. In our department there are management, development and cross-sectional teams for the core system, including online services for our insurers, as well as project management and teams for our ongoing agile large project to modernise our applications. It is important to us that we work together cooperatively, value-estimatingly and without discrimination. We are looking forward to your support with expertise and leadership qualities to build our customer and customer management as an important interface for all customers in the core system.

Strategic and operational management of the requirements and customer management and perception of personnel and expertise for approximately 90 employees Organisational and conceptual building and further development of the services Requirement management and digital process management for the core application system Organisational and conceptual construction of a new service for the customer dialogue of the implementation units of the core system with all the institutions of the German pension insurance Control of the seizure of cross-coordinates, prioritizations, communication and customer engagement for system implementation with all German pension insurance institutions Responsibility for reporting, key figures and continuous process improvement Close, comprehensive cooperation with key roles of system architecture, project management, development and quality assurance Sovereign Dispute of the DRV Covenant as a carrier of basic and cross-sectional tasks with regard to the role of pension insurance bodies and other authorities (e.g. in ministries or supervisory authorities).

Successfully completed scientific higher education (master, diploma or similar degrees) preferably in (economic) computer science, business administration, engineering or natural sciences or political sciences Current professional experience in requirement management, process management and change management as well as customer/benefit integration formats Multiannual current professional experience in personnel management, team development and organisational building Multiannual current professional experience in managing complex projects or projects Confidence with large, distributed organizations and structures with IT system development cover and complex stakeholder environments Multiannual experience with structures and decision-making processes in large, complex organizations or companies - ideally in public administration Embossed change and innovation competence, customer orientation, holistic and strategic thinking, structured working, success-oriented design and enforcement strength Excellent address-oriented communication skills (including excellent German knowledge in word and writing as well as good English knowledge in word and writing) Ready for multi-day missions The requirement for this body is the willingness to participate in a safety review pursuant to § 9 of the Security Audit Act (SÜG) and its positive conclusion
