Multiannual professional experience in management function in building cleaning, mandatory in the healthcare sector (e.g. as an object management, operating management or department management) Practical experience in cleaning health facilities Experience in leadership of teams as well as the ability to motivate and develop employees Embossed communication strength in word and writing as well as a safe, professional appearance readiness to more frequent traveling activities in the country, as the position is exercised primarily directly on site in the objects Structured, independent functioning and high organisational capacity High service orientation towards customers: Very good knowledge of German in word and writing IT affinity and safe handling of digital tools, especially Microsoft applications
