Technical Real Estate Manager (m/f/d)

Economic and technical development of our housing stock together with our relevant commercial real estate managers (m/w/d) and housekeepers (m/w/d) Preparatory planning of large-scale maintenance and modernization measures including specialist planner participation and, where appropriate, Budget responsibility for ongoing maintenance Monitoring of ongoing maintenance measures including Control of the master's mission also with regard to traffic control obligations

Renter service in technical matters, approval of rented technical facilities, conclusion of maintenance contracts, object visits Communication and correspondence with external and internal actors

Successfully completed technical training, e.g. to the Bautechniker (m/w/d) or Immobilientechniker (m/w/d), also a completed study with the Department of Architecture or Civil Engineering Professional experience in technical building management, ideally with focus on residential properties Secure handling of MS Office applications, SAP S/4HANA knowledge and experience in handling a planning tool are of advantage Communicative and decision-making personality with fun working together in the team and dealing with tenants and external cooperation partners Self-responsible, structured and result-oriented working always with a view to current guidelines and legal regulations
