Your tasks:

• creation and regular updating of a driver-based Workload planning in coordination with participating departments
• regular comparison of the status quo with planning and Introduction of measures in the event of discrepancies, including by means of Risk management
• Consolidation of required data (e.g. Workload & Budget) in Reports and decision documents and their regular Presentation at different hierarchical levels
• Preparation and preparation of management meetings
• Close cooperation and best practice share with the adjacent Areas such as Operations, Skill, Value Stream Management, Business Management
• Identify, develop and develop PMT improvements for the area introduce, e.g., team-internal working and collaboration with Stakeholders (Process), new approaches to driver-based Workload planning (methods) and integrated workload management (Tools)

Your profile:

• Complete studies in the field of industrial engineering, Economics or a comparable qualification
• Over two years of professional experience in project management
• Over a year of professional experience in controlling and Finance
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Good knowledge of processes, methods & tools in project management
• Very good knowledge in data creation, management, analysis and visualization
• Good knowledge in handling MS-Excel
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• German language skills
• English language skills
