The Association of Districts of Esslingen is a diaconian institution of various advisory services with 120 employees in the district of Esslingen.

We are looking for a place to work in Esslingen Head of Finance (m/w/d) with 60% deputate (number 21)

Head of Finance and Accounting with Personnel Responsibility Creation of monthly and annual accounts including internal controlling and reporting Creation of the economic plan in cooperation with the management Professional management and further development of finance and commercial processes as well as planning and controlling systems Commercial project processing with costing, controlling and accounting Organisation of payment and cash flows

a degree in business or administration - B. A., Diploma or equivalent training comprehensive knowledge of finance including Economic planning, plant accounting and tax law sound knowledge in SAP (booking / controlling) and other computer programs (Microsoft Office) Experience in the design of commercial processes Organisational capacity, independent, structured thinking and working methods and leadership skills high personal commitment, readiness to use and resilience Fun on a wide range of tasks Affiliation to one of the ACK-connected church
